Our Wedge Wire Sieve Bend Screen (also known as a DSM Screen or curved screen) is the industry standard for gravity-fed solid-liquid separation applications. The curved profile creates a unique cross-flow filtration action where liquid passes through the wedge wire slots while solids slide down the curved face under gravity.

Manufactured from high-grade 316 stainless steel, these screens deliver exceptional wear resistance and long service life even in the most abrasive applications. The all-welded construction ensures structural integrity under high feed rates and heavy solids loading.

The precise wedge wire profile creates a self-cleaning action – the sharp leading edge of each wire shears away solids while the V-shaped slot prevents clogging.
