The Tekleen filters we offer use a triple-layered stainless steel mesh screen to filter syrup or juice. Without plugging the screen, they can handle liquids up to 76º Bx at a 150 psi (15 bar) maximum pressure and temperatures over 200ºF. Depending on the suspended solids content, a single filter can manage up to 200 gpm (50m³/h). When you install these filters in parallel, they can handle even greater flow rates.
