The Pharma High Temp HEPA Filters are mostly used in dry heat sterilization in pharmaceutical production, the max temp can be 400 centigrade. Made of stainless steel 304, ceramic sealant and glass fiber filter media, aluminium foil separator, glass fiber bar as the gasket.
The Pharma High Temp HEPA Filter media is spaced by corrugated aluminium foil, to create minimum filter resistance and a larger filter air flow rate. The filter media are folded by 180° and layered.
Cause the ceramic sealant is very hard to dry, the ceramic sealant is dry from outside to inside; it`s spend 3-7 days for this process. If using the moist ceramic sealant may cause the sealant to break finally. But there are some solutions to prevent this case.
