Description

This activated carbon is an acid-washed granular activated carbon with a low acid soluble iron content, high abrasion number, and high pore volume that is designed far the purification of various liquids and water applications. Reagglomeration creates optimal transport pores for faster adsorption. There are two types of reagglomeration acid-washed activated carbon in Huaging: HQ-R-AW and HQ-D-AW. HQ-R-AW is suitable for ultra pure water, home water filter, process water applications. HQ-D-AW has high molasses number with superior decolorization capability which is suitable for purification and decolorization of various liquids such as muriatic acid, adipic acid, corn syrup, high fructose, lactic acid, etc
