The Tank Breather Filter is designed to provide high-efficiency particulate filtration for tank breathing applications where clean and controlled air exchange is required.
Constructed from 316L stainless steel, the housing features a durable bead-blast finish and an integrated weatherhood to provide additional protection against environmental exposure. The unit is fitted with a 10″ Raised Face ANSI 150# flange connection for secure installation into compatible process systems.
The assembly incorporates three F-HE390 HEPA filter elements, delivering 99.97% filtration efficiency at 0.3 micron to help protect tank contents from airborne particulate contamination during breathing cycles.
The unit is supplied with essential quality and inspection documentation, including material certificates, an Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), and dye penetration weld testing.
