Pressure leaf filters

Pressure leaf filters are the ideal solution for cake filtration in liquids with higher solid loads. These are closed systems. Hence it ensures the safety of use. There are two types of pressure leaf filters.

  • Horizontal pressure leaf systems

The horizontal pressure leaf filter system is a larger size than the vertical pressure leaf filter system with a higher dirt capacity. These filters are fully opened which is an added advantage to quicker inspection and maintenance.

  • Vertical pressure leaf systems

This type requires a small footprint and is designed for easy cake discharge.

  • Special self-sealing cover gasket. The gasket can be re-used and does not need to be replaced after every opening of the filter system cover. The gasket comes with special self-sealing properties to ensure a perfect sealing solution and promoting maximum safety.
  • All pressure leaf filter systems can be made with a heating jacket in order to maintain elevated process temperatures.

Automated Back Wash Refinery Feed Filter System

Back Wash Refinery Feed Filter Systems are designed to capture solids from liquids by using a permanent reusable filter element (wedge wire). When the filter system is in service the system itself reverses the flow at a pre-defied pressure drop. This backwash procedure is followed by every individual filter element in the system, one at a time while other filter elements are at service. These automated backwash refinery feed filter systems are cost-effective and provide continuous protection for the life of catalytic reactors. Automated Back Wash Refinery Feed Filter Systems are widely used in hydrotreating & hydrocracking for resid, gas oil, and heavy coker gas oil products.

Aviation Turbine Fuel Filtration System

Aviation Turbine Fuel Filtration Systems portable and they are capable to purify the fluids up to sub-micron level. The entire aviation turbine fuel filtration system contains, mechanical filtration unit, Storage tank, vacuum dehydration unit, and centrifugal filtration unit with a sludge holding capacity of 1-10 kg. This unit can perform both moisture removal centrifuge and solid removal centrifuge processes.

Centrifugal Oil Filtration Machine
